Ian was very helpful and professional. He was courteous and polite. The work looks good and we've encountered no problems or issues since completion. All work and prices, were agreed in advance and we disposed of waste in order to minimise costs. We would happily engage his services again.

Ian did NOT complete the job to a satisfactory standard. He left a hole in the roof next to a down pipe. Rain water is now coming in. Despite repeated reminders he has not returned to complete the job. He is not responding to calls to his mobile number.

Quoted to fix a small leak £250 to replace ridge tiles didn’t fix the leak came back quoted £200 to point chimney still not fixed the leak and now is ignoring my messages.?

I cant really rate this as we never had any work done. The price would have been fair enough, but in the end he never came back to do the job. It's actually something pretty simple to do, and my son has volunteered. So we'll leave it at that I think. Pretty disappointed though. Just confirms my experiences of getting things like this done, and why I've ended up doing most things myself in the past.

Ian came to quote, explained why our roof was leaking and booked us in for the following week. Meanwhile, I asked for an audit of the roof as a whole, and we agreed further work to be done. Ian is a friendly guy, and his lead work extremely neat. When clearing moss from the roof he spotted several broken tiles and will return to replace these soon, along with re-cementing pan-tiles on the apex of a small extension. We agreed the additional work step be step, and so no surprises along the way.
